Local relationships. Serious technology expertise. Personal accountability.

Albany IT grew from Andrew Jensen’s early technology work in 2007 into an established technology partner for organizations across New York’s Capital Region. Originally operating as Creative Visionz IT, the business evolved alongside the clients and communities it serves.

Service has always been personal.

Andrew has been a volunteer firefighter since he was 16. That commitment to showing up, helping others, and serving his community carries into the way he runs Albany IT. For him, service means taking responsibility, staying involved, and being someone people can count on.

Long-term partnerships. People we know by name.

Many of our client relationships span more than 10 years. We value those partnerships because the better we know your organization, the better we can support it. We take time to get to know our clients personally, understand how their teams work, and learn what matters most to their business or mission.

That understanding shapes customized support and practical, innovative solutions to today’s business challenges. Whether we are improving security, connecting locations, building a website, or solving an everyday technology problem, our recommendations start with your needs.

Direct access. Real conversations.

Our clients have direct access to Andrew and the Albany IT team. No phone trees or getting passed from person to person. Call, email, or text us and connect with people who know your organization and care about getting it right.

We bring a personable, customer-focused approach to every relationship, with a commitment to our clients, our community, and the service we provide.

A technology partner who takes your business personally.

Andrew remains directly involved in Albany IT’s work, from planning and implementation to ongoing support. His approach is straightforward: understand the organization, explain the options, recommend what makes sense, and follow through.

That personal involvement is supported by broad capabilities in managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, networking, business phones, security cameras, and websites.

Practical advice. Thoughtful implementation.

Technology decisions should support the people doing the work. We balance capability, budget, maintainability, and long-term needs rather than recommending products simply because they are new.

We work with small businesses, nonprofits, law firms, automotive dealerships, fire departments, and ambulance organizations. Each has different priorities, but all deserve clear communication and dependable technical attention.
